APPLICATION

TheENI-24/230/2.5 converter is powered by aconstant 24V voltage from vehicle batteries or a converter generating such a voltage,and is intended for supplying devices with a rated voltage of 230 VAC.

DESIGN

The ENI-24/230/2.5 converter is supplied through the X1 bushing connector on the front of the casing. This is the power supply to the device's power circuit. The device converts the input voltage using a pulse converter with a full bridge topology, operating at a frequency of 30 kHz. The converter powers two pulse transformers, whose secondary windings are connected to the rectifier and LC filter. Transformers provide galvanic separation between the input and output circuit. The intermediate voltage goes to the inverter block,which also works with a frequency of 30kHz.Then,after the sine filter, the voltage is applied to the output terminal softheX2connector(connector2P+PE).Innovativesemiconductorcomponentsmadeusingsiliconcarbide(SiC).technology have been used in the rectifier and inverter circuits.The converter is equipped with a CAN communication system (X3 connector), allowing operation control, remote diagnostics and monitoring of the device operating parameters. The supply to the control circuits (24V volts) is also connected to the pins of the X3 connector.

 

OPERATION DESCRIPTION
