TRAMS
ENIKA develops and supplies electrical systems for new and modernized trams and other light rail vehicles. Projects are typically tailored to the customer's requirements and the specific vehicle type. Solutions based on both IGBT and SiC modules are available.

In addition to traction inverters and converters, the comprehensive drive solution also includes high-voltage switchgear, high-speed circuit breakers (HSCB), and a master control system (TCMS) that communicates with selected on-board equipment. Standard deliveries also include driver's station displays (including complete dashboards), braking units, heating units, and air conditioning systems—all developed and manufactured by ENIKA.

In cooperation with the German company Bosch, ENIKA also has experience in installing anti-collision systems for trams, which significantly increase operational safety.
A wide portfolio of products intended for trams enables their mutual functional integration, which translates into high operational availability of vehicles – usually exceeding 99%.
