Modernization of the Alstom 116Nd tram

The Enika company participated in the modernization of the 116Nd trams. As part of this modernization, Enika manufactured and delivered a complete drive and power system ENI-ZNAP/116Nd. The changes introduced by Enika significantly improved the comfort of traveling by eliminating noise. After modernization, the tram is definitely quieter.
The scope of delivery of the system included the following devices:

• ENI-SNT/116Nd tram controller board
• ENI-SHT brake controller
• Table ENI-TBW(A)/116N
• Switchgear box ENI-SWN/116N
• LEM LTC600-SF battery current sensor
• WNC-51 footswitc
• GOT710-837 operator pane
• Limatherm TOPO-831–Pt100–B–2 temperature sensor
