Modernization of Solbus hybrid bus

Solbus hybrid bus, which drive in Częstochowa, has been withdrawn from service after a series of faults and unfortunate fires. In order to restore the efficiency of this vehicle, MPK Częstochowa signed the contract with Autosan which invited 3 companies, including specialists from Enika to cooperate.

As part of this project Enika delivered high voltage switchgear together with PLC, increased driving dynamics and reduced noise and gas consumption and the bus, after several years of downtime, is back on the route. There are plans to modernize next 24 units.
